  • We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Welder/Fabricator Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn the skills required to become a skilled welder and fabricator while working on exciting and diverse projects. You will be trained in welding, metalwork fabrication, and the use of modern machinery to create bespoke architectural features.

    What You Will Learn

    • The principles of welding and fabrication, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques.

    • How to interpret and work from technical drawings to produce precise components.

    • Safe and efficient use of machinery and tools such as grinders, plasma cutters, and guillotines.

    • Techniques for working with various metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

    • The importance of quality control and ensuring each project meets our high standards.

    • Health and safety regulations specific to welding and fabrication environments.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • No prior experience required, but a keen interest in welding and metal fabrication is essential.

    • Basic understanding of mechanical principles or experience in a workshop setting is a bonus.

    • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, or Engineering are advantageous.
